Purpose

We construct a novel benchmark RETA with 81 labeled vessel masks aiming to facilitate retinal vessel analysis.

To the best of our knowledge, current challenges for retinal vessel analysis include

• Model generalization ability.
• Reliable evaluation datasets and metrics.
• Vessel segmentation of copper-wiring and silver-wiring, neovascularization, and large central light reflex.
