RETA is a brand-new project for retinal vessel segmentation and analysis. As the proverb goes, the eye is a window to your soul. RETA is a window to universal tubular structure segmentation. Deep features learned from RETA are transferable across many research fields from nature images (leaf vascular tissue, road crack, etc.) to medical images (finger vein, optical coherence tomography angiography, magnetic resonance angiography etc.). RETA can be a medical ImageNet for tubular structure segmentation and analysis.
